Found this book interesting. The protagonist changes from an adolescent boy to an adolescent girl. The change actually raises her status in the society. She becomes the warrior queen leading her people in a civil war.

This was a very enjoyable and fitting end to the trilogy. I won't give any spoilers, but those of true character showed themselves true to the end. An interesting fantasy-military trilogy for both sexes, as each will get some unique viewpoints about the other.

The finish the The Tamir Trilogy. We follow Tamir into the final stages of her struggle and all of the promise of earlier books is realized. This is a good finish to a memorable fantasy series.

This was a lovely, dark fantasy. The prose was lush, without overwhelming the reader with adjectives. Many of the themes were disturbing, yet Flewelling still makes it enjoyable to read.
I highly reccomend this series.

Part of the Tamir Trilogy, very interesting concept about an adolescent girl who is hidden in an adolescent boy's body.
