Loved the story of one dog and how the animal affected his owner and his attitude. A little love can heal and make a person more understanding of both animals and their owners and make animal (especially dog owners) lovers happier and at peace with their inner feelings.

James Herriot writes beautiful children stories about animals and the pictures are just as beaufiful as the story. It is a story about a sheep dog named GYP - he never utters one sound and one day he does but only once.
