This is one of the strangest books I've ever read. But it is hands down my favorite book ever. You will be drawn in on the first page and won't be able to stop until you read the final sentence. This author has an uncanny knack for creating characters who are terribly flawed, in situations that are less than ideal in a world that (hopefully) most of us will never know - BUT - that won't matter at all to you. Like I said, it is strange with a capital S, but if you give it a chance, it won't disappoint.
