An excellent and well-written fictional novel based on the life of Biblical Esther. I ordered extra copies to pass out to friends because the author managed to give me an appreciation for this courageous Bible character that I'd not had before. He portrays her deep faith in God and her wisdom and preparedness on two occasions, when forced to approach the king. I highly recommend it, and if you haven't seen the movie "One Night with the King," which is based on this novel, I recommend that you see it after reading the book.
This book is the story of Hadassah, or ester, from the bible. 'One Night With the King' is a truly inspiring novel about a young girl who risks it all for her people. YOU WILL LOVE IT!
