One Halloween Night
Author: Mark Teague
Bursting with Mark Teague's trademark tricks and treats, this is the story of one goulish night for Wendell, Floyd, and Mona. Nasty witches, weird candy ("broccoli chews!"), a black cat, and costume dilemmas are just beginning of a Halloween, readers will never forget!

Sort of a sequel to "Lost and Found" - Floyd, Wendell and Mona are good friends, now. It's a little mean-spirited, because there's a group of girls who are the bullies (I get the impression, after reading the vast collection of Mark Teague-written literature, that he doesn't like girls).
