Lovely book to read and sing. Mr. Seeger has them melody loosely notated at the beginning so one can play it on a piano or guitar and sing along. He encourages the reader/singer to take liberties with the melody. My students were captivated my this book, the music, the text, the pictures, and asked for it several times after we had read/sung it. It would be a beautiful gift.
