This Elizabeth Beacon title I've read is the first to disappoint. That is because the central couple can't seem to think about anything but sex -- pages and pages of how each turns the other on to the exclusion of all else. About a third of the way through this book I started skimming; I wanted to find out if anything would ever happen, if there was a story here or not. Eventually I gave up. There needs to be something else in the novel to hold my interest other than the central couple having perpetual desire for each other -- some kind of plot. Although I have enjoyed other books by this author, I can't recommend this one.
