I am in serch of books on conducting interviews.(Effective Interviewing, Creative Interviewing, etc) No deal needed.

Tracy K.  You might consider what I did when trying to learn about interviewing.  I read a book on the art of the social casework intake interview, and one on the art of cross-examination (as in the practice of law in the courtroom).  After studying the two, one melds them and develops an interview style of one's own.   (I used to do newspaper work, when I worked.  I'm now retired.)
