It was like taking a time trip back to before electricity and mainly television. The style of writing is a bit dry, but it is fascinating reading about how their culture lived. The best part of the book is when Nedercook convinces her parents to tell her stories of the past. I'd recommend this to anyone who enjoys learning about how things were before white men showed up.
