If you aren't into running you probably won't be interested in reading this book. I personally enjoyed this tale and thought it well written. It is a story that will always have appeal to runners. I am a fan of the Jeff Galloway Training Method for my Marathon training. This book reminded me of the accomplishments, in the 70's, of the guys who are now in their 50's and 60's and still actively helping us train and achieve our goals.
