I bought this after I got the Harry Potter series...this is much darker, but still a good read.

Really better suited for children 12 and above.
Great writer, but seriously NOT a childrens novel...

This set of books are not for the faint hearted. These books have mystery and suspense..... Action and adventure!!! And most of all, three, orphaned children trying to find a home.
