LOVED this book...I had it on my shelf for a long time because I wasn't sure I wanted to read it. When I picked it up- I read it in two days! Cute single mom that marches to her own drum. The relationship between she and her daughter is precious and they both learn a lot.

I thought this was a cute book. One mom dares to stand out amid a bunch of "Stepford Wives". At least that's how I saw it.
Love this kind of chick lit. Easy to read, enjoyable plot, situations everyone can relate to, and a happy ending. Jane Porter is a great writer!
This was a great book about an "out of place" mom that finds herself as she'd never have imagined. This was a quick enjoyable read with a happy ending. This book is a great quick read for anyone that enjoys "chick lit". As a mom it was easy to relate to.
Having Eva as a child would stress me out. Marta's daughter Eva will not rest until she gets her mom to fit in with the rest of the crowd. Thankfully, Marta resists and still finds Mr. Right. I enjoyed this book a lot more then Jane Porter's newest one, Mrs. Perfect. It was very well written and interesting.
Great, quick, fun read!
This a very enjoyable book. The characters are charming and true enough to life. (except for the almost Cinderella type ending.) I loved the mother, daughter relationship it was challenging without being rude. Showcases some of the growing pains that girls go through, not looking forward to that stage for my own daughter. Overall a great read.
Funny novel and a quick read. Makes the reader think about how to be the "perfect" mom and if all of the stress is worth it.
