While I love the Odd character, this book, as well as Odd Hours, was disappointing. It was pretty far "out there" with the usual assortment of strange characters and it was interesting enough, but we are still left with unanswered questions on the mystery of Annamaria. I feel like the 4th and 5th were written as a new trilogy removed from the first three I loved and perhaps they would read better together after the release of the next.

This one was way different than other Odd Thomas books, but just as entertaining and gripping. I miss when he just helped ghosts find their peace whatever that may be.

I absolutely love this series. Don't ever want it to end. Oddie is the best character in fiction and this book did not disappoint at all.

As usual, this "Odd" book doesn't disappoint! Odd experiences all the weirdness that Koontz can conjer for Thomas' strange abilities. A must-read for Odd Thomas fans.
