A fascinating look at all areas of OCD, from compulsive eating to endless handwashing to obsessive exercise. If you or anyone you know suffer from one or more of the OCD's, this is a great book that discusses the disorder in an easy-to-understand but comprehensive manner.

A selection of the psychotherapy book club. I particularly liked the part in the book where they examined TV shows. Book is primarily directed towards treating OCD, for the professional, lay person and their family.
