Those that are fans of the "Nutcracker Ballet" will enjoy this cookbook. It not only includes the story of the ballet but fun recipes from famous restaurants in Canada, United States, Western Europe and the best small businesses making all-American desserts.
I've been complimented on everything I've made from this cookbook. It's THE best for desserts. Of course the accompanying Nutcracker ballet music, if included, is guaranteed to be wonderful, but the recipes are truly outstanding. Of course the music can easily be found elsewhere.
