I can't say this is a 'thriller', it is just not exciting or thrilling. The description on the back makes it sound like a good read and I can only say it is good enough to pass the day. Seems to be a lot of unnecessary inner stories and some pages just go on and on about nothing important. What I'd consider just 'fluff'.

This was not a quick read. The writing is good but this book seemed more of a follow up book and not the first. There were lots of back stories about many different characters. It would have been nice to start at the beginning and be brought up to current events with few flashbacks. The characters were not developed enough to like.

Marissa Gray has decided to stay in her home town after her mother dies. Maybe it was not such a great idea. Somebody wants her dead. There are many secrets that would be best left alone. Could Dillon be back and causing all this trouble?

I was guessing till the end. I was right in the end and should not have dismissed that character. You will not know till you hit 300 pages.

Too many characters, too long a set up and a story that just couldn't be followed is the impression I got. I could not make it past 75 pages, maybe it gets better, but I wasn't "into it" and didn't feel like putting in the time.
