Just what I expect from Kat Martin. Since these characters appear in a subsequent book, it was nice to read their story first.

I liked the general plot, but there's very graphic violence that really hindered my enjoyment of the book. One might argue that it helped to explain the pain the hero dealt with, but it just went too far, in my opinion.

This book brought me so close to tears, it was incredible! Decadent love scenes as always, from Kat Martin; easy-to-imagine characters; lovable hero and heroine; perfect ending. Loved this story from start to finish.

Story was involved which kept you wondering how it would be resolved. An OK read.
