If you want a fast read, this is the book for you. It was entertaining with an appropriate amount of action and a nice heart warming story set against a little mystery. This is my first Sharon Mccone Mystery. It will not be my last. It is set in a part of San Francisco that I have never seen.

Shortly before Christmas, Sharon is hired by Vietnamese refugees occupying a seedy tenderloin hotel....

I have read the entire Sharon McCone series. Marcia Muller is an excellent mystery writer. I would suggest you start with the first book and read as they were written. It is an excellent series.
MULLER does it again. This is a good book featuring Sharon McCone female sleuth. Nice cozy mystery.
