Another guy trying to make a buck off the people searching for their own path. Please avoid this book and look into legitimate research and mythology. "Teutonic Mythology" by Jacob Grimm is a good place to start.
My opinion: a great book to learn about the Norse path of magic and religious belief system. I enjoyed it and learned a great deal from it. It also includes spells, divination techniques, rituals, and folklore. It's more than just about magic, it goes into detail about their belief systems too, and the origins of their Gods and Goddesses, which I thought was very informative.
From back of book: Norse Magic is an informative guide for both beginners and intermediates in the field of magic -- or for those who simply have a great interest in Norse Culture, myth and history. Norse Magic is based on pride in oneself, courage to face whatever comes and the continuing knowledge to mold a particular life plan. This book leads a beginner step by step through concise, "guided" spells, yet anyone of an intermediary level will have no trouble adapting the spells and rituals into more advanced forms.
