This book was okay. It was definitely geared toward a specific type of homebuyer, and I did not happen to fit the profile so it was not as useful as I'd hoped.
The book is for people who are renting and considering buying, either for security or a financial step up, and are not intending to leave the city they are currently living in (ie change jobs and move to another state.) I'd say it is more geared toward people in cities or suburbs rather than small towns as well.
A lot of the advice is geared toward markets where demand is higher than supply, also unlikely right now.
