This is Book #1 in her newest Trilogy.......I thought it was a very well-written psychological thriller that keeps building the excitement & suspense with the turn of each page! I always look forward to a new book by Wendy Corsi Staub. Can't wait to read the next two in this series!
Wendy Corsi Staub does it again!! Lots of twist and turns that you don't see coming. I would recommend this book for all mystery/thriller readers.
I really liked this book. It had some twists and turns but was not really scary. I felt like it could be read by anyone without them getting too worked up but they still would be interested in who the killer was.
First 50 pages slow and boring, next 50 pages slow and boring, skimmed a little but just slow and boring--finally quit.
This book was about women being killed during the 9-11 Twin towers attack. Someone is slashing women with a butcher knife and taking their middle finger as a trophy. The killer has his sights on his next victim.
I liked this book a great deal. It gave a realism to problems on top of problems. Dealing with the 9/11 tragedies yet also added tragedies that were also present that day.
If you have a sensitivity towards the events that happened on September 11, 2001, I would not read this series.
The mystery was easy to follow and piece together. It has an ending but leaves you wanting to know what will happen next.
Nightwatcher
1. Nightwatcher (2012)
2. Sleepwalker (2012)
3. Shadowkiller (2013)
