I usually enjoy Maeve Binchy's writing. This book was no exception. Her quiet study of the characters built a beautiful story of joy and sadness, tragedy and survival, and anger and forgiveness. Ms. Binchy's description of the Greek Isles gives wonderful imagery on which to build dreams for one's own exploration.

This is a beautiful character driven story. The narration was wonderfully done by Terry Donnelly.
The narration is a delight. There are six main characters. Terry Donnelly gives each his own voice. Very easy on the ears.
Listened to in the car - just didn't care for it

Maeve Binchey always develops characters you care about. In this book, it's a story of tourists from four different countries who meet in a small Greek village. A tragic boating accident delays their travels. Their personal stories are uncovered and their futures are changed as they learn the truth about each other and themselves.
