This book comes from my fav author, Ruby Jean Jensen. I always have high expectations from her, as a horror book lover. She passed away in 2010 and I loathe the fact that there will no longer be any more books from her.
In this book, Night Thunder, I found myself feeling a bit bored at first, then reading intently, daring myself to look away, I couldn't stop reading, then towards the mid to early end, I was pulling out my hair, and at the very end, I sat with my mouth hanging open, disgusted and torn lol. One of the characters "Holly" a child in the book drove me nuts. I was asking, "Why cant you tell an adult whats happening, why are you lying to people, why are you protecting this person and on and on, questions abound. I found myself talking out loud to the character.."What are you doing" Why are you doing that?" lol I think that's exactly what Ruby Jean Jensen wanted from us, the readers. I give this a 5 stars, its a horror lovers dream. Dont miss this one, especially if you love this author!!
