Fast read
Night Fires is a fast paced suspense/romance. You're able to figure early on who the murderer is. I think it's pretty obvious. The story of Garrett broke my heart and J.T.'s plight was also heart wrenching. I like to read about characters who you can relate to and really understand. That is the only reason I didn't give this book five stars. I don't think Dare went into enough depth with the character of the characters! I do think it is worth the read though.
