This is the third book in an excellent series. Each one is told as a first-person narrative from the viewpoint of a different major character; makes for a fascinating twist on the usual detective tale. This entry involves a complex search for justice for the narrator's childhood best friend, a woman she has not seen for more than ten years. Well-written with well-drawn characters, many plot twists and the right amount of (often black) humor, this is a great read for a mystery buff in search of something new; I highly recommend the entire series.
