I couldn't find a single spell that I could actually use. Some of the spells, the author was clearly trying to make the word rhyme and they are terrible or the beat is off. "Magic charms of herb and spice, Now beckon my loved one towards me in a trice"
Some spells were clearly stolen from other books than changed so as not to be plagiarism. Like the "Perfect Pair" spell. Spread pear puree over your lips for 7 days. That sounds alot like the Honey spell which I like better.
Some spells didn't make any sense like the one for attracting butterflies to your garden by sitting in a circle of flowers and chanting. Why chant? Just plant the flowers.
Don't get me wrong. I like some of the authors books. It's just this one feels slapped together to rob me of $12 bucks.

This book exists for all the wrong reasons. Watch out, because doing magic for things like getting even, especially when you don't know what you're doing, can really bite you in the ass.
