Great cookbook. Easy to read pages with complete nutritional info for each serving of the recipes, plenty of color photographs, and tidbits of hints and info for each dish.
Excellent book, lots of good vegetarian recipes, and significant information as well. If you are looking for an all purpose cookbook with a well-rounded number of recipes, this is it!
