Brief and poignant book on soothing one's inner self when one is in pain. I found it astounding in its simplicity and strength. Beautiful art.

Easy and quick for anyone to read, it's like a children's book. However, it's deep and caring. It's "old" but endlessly relevant. And, basically I felt like this was an excellent guided meditation language/wording.
