Vintage erotic romance from Lora Leigh. This book has many elements common to a Lora Leigh story: a young, beautiful, virgin who has been saving herself for one man, a handsome, dominant man who is an ex soldier, with exotic sexual tastes. Kelly has been in love with Rowdy her whole life. He's been avoiding her just as long, for fear that his tastes are too much for her. When he comes back to claim her, he learns that she is in danger. In my opinion, the Bad Guy makes fools out of the three ex-marine Heroes before he is finally caught. The plot line is fair, the sex scenes are scorching. The interpersonal conflicts resolve themseleves in a way that I wasn't expecting. The author should find other words other than "mine," and "baby." Happily Ever After ending. Lora Leigh fans will enjoy this book. I'm not really one of them.

Smokin' hot, graphic, very explicit; one sex scene after another (mostly vanilla) Loose, forgetable storyline, but lotsa sex.
Helpful Score: 4
A very hot read. I don't know what that other reviewer was talking about when she said there wasn't enough sex... OMG, r u serious? This book is great more for the hot scenes rather than the story because the love scenes are so steamy that the storyline kind of takes a back seat. But the story was well written, I could picture myself in this little quaint town ...etc... hope you enjoy...

I was rather disappointed in this book. The language seemed very simplistic. I enjoy erotica, especially with a good story. To me, this seemed to be a weak story with lots of basic sex scenes thrown in. Not all basic missionary sex. Basically, he was always aroused and her 'womb wept' most of the way through. I may try another by this author, but most likely not the next in the "Nauti Boys" series.

I didn't like this book. I know erotica doesn't necessarily have the best story line all the time, but this one was just odd. If she was making coffee, he was aroused. If she was dressed in baggy man clothes, he was aroused. If she was being shot at, he was aroused. If she was sobbing because she was remembering her near-rape, he was aroused. It all kinda grossed me out to be honest. I only kept reading until the end to find out "whodunnit".

Well written, hard to put down. Finished in one day! The ID of the killer surprised me! Great job Ms Leigh!

Found the story line okay. Lust rather then love is not for me; nor that type of foul mouthed people. Nothing worse then your lover telling you what to do during lust- I mean sex.
A threesome with Dawg and Rowdy (that's my dog's name) what does that tell ya.. Hot sex, love and monogamy is good. If Rowdy needs his cousins to do the menage "thing" after this poor girl had been raped! He has a cruel side, I couldn't even think he would suggest such a thing unless he didn't care enough for her, or is he inadequate himself? Ms. Lori is
very knowledgeable on this type of story line. And could be one of them?
I did love the cover!

This was the first book I read by Lora Leigh. I loved it. I immediately went out and bought the other 3 books in the series. Lora Leigh deffinately knows how to steam up the pages and keep you on the edge of your seat with the mystery and suspense. Sex and Secrets... who could ask for more!!!

I actually really liked this book. I know alot of other reviewers didn't but I have to say it was an easy read and I did like the characters. I am a huge Lora Leigh fan and I was happy to see not too much relationship drama in this story. The two really loved each other and there wasn't too much drama in the way. The only thing about the story I found a little weird was the fact that Rowdy was her step brother. Kind of creepy. I liked the twists and turns with the stalker.

Whoa, whew and mmmmmmmmm. Talking about alpha male. Yeah, the heroine may be a virgin, but she isn't a wallflower. Sizzling sex scenes, a great love story and a very believable plot. Great book! Can't wait to dig into Nauti Nights! Here I come Dawg!
An OK story. It didn't really stand out for me.
One of Lora Leigh's best series! highly recommended! Has a wonderful story line, action packed, and very hot n steamy.
This book is a quick read but definitely not as good as some of Lora Leigh's other books.
I thought there was too much pressure on the main character to have sex with three men, especially after an almost rape and just losing her virginity. It was a little far fetched. I will probably read the second book in the series, it sounds better than this one.

Hot, hot, hot! Loved every minute of it! Suspense, drama, romance, intrigue and lots of sex. Definitely a keeper.
This is the first time i've read a book written by Lora Leigh. I really hope the other reviewers are right when they say she has better books out there. The sex scenes were so repetitive that I actually found myself skimming over them. The main heroine got over her attempted rape way to fast when the hero returned and the pressure for group sex turned my stomach. As for the antagonist, I figured him out the first time he appeared in the book as his regular self.
Hot! Hot! Hot! Another great story from Ms. Leigh. Can't wait for the next book to arrive in the mail!
Yuck! Did not like this book at all!
Lusty! It's not the best Lora Leigh book I've read but I enjoyed it and am really looking forward to exploring the rest of the series.
This was really hot. I cannot wait to read more in the series!
This was a great read by Lora Leigh. I can't wait to read the others in this series. This was a HOT read. If you are looking for a HOT read this is your book.
I love Lora Leigh, but this isn't one of my favorites. Yes, there are the usual romantic scenes, the military alpha male, and suspense, but something in the story didn't work for me. The heroine is the victim of a near rape, and while in the beginning she seems to have problems relating to the man she's always loved, she gets over the attack far too quickly to be believable. He says he won't push her, but from the first night, he's trying albeit slowly to get her to be with him. I also have problems with him wanting her to share with his friends. Who does that? Especially if she's the only one for him.
Some of the writing is pretty cheesy and I can't believe I'm saying this, but this hero needed to lay off the endearments. Just about every sentence out of his mouth had some sweet talking term.
Authors need to stop using the word "womb". It's just not a sexy or romantic word. When I think of womb, I think of pregnancy and birth. Why is it that in so many Lora Leigh stories the man is the adult who has lusted after the teenage heroine and waited until she was of legal age to make a move? She uses this plot device so often that I've lost track of how many times I've read this in one of her books. That and the use of the phrase "damn you" during love scenes. That's another classic Lora Leigh move.

this is the first lora leigh book I read. And now I'm hooked. If you don't go for the strong dominate male this is not the book for you. Rowdy is strong, sexy and alway ready for sex with the heroine. Kelly Starts out as a little bit of a whimp. But she soon stands up for herself and to the The three men trying to run her life. I love this series and the Author. I dosen't hurt that this series is set my home state of Kentucky and the Lora Leigh also lives here.
Out of the nauti boy series , This was my favorite.
I cannot recommend this book.
This book is pure porn loosely sticted togather by a not very realistic storyline.
Some should explain to the author that being in the Marines does NOT mean being in the Army as she describes 'Dog', one of her characters! Stupid mistakes like that just kill a story!
Not recogmended unless you want a lesson on what NOT to do...

This is a great beginning to Lora Leigh's Nauti series. I think that though Rowdy is the quieter of the three men, he is in many ways the most charming and sweet. I liked that though Kelly had been through something so horrible, she and Rowdy found a way to work through together. Really loved this story.
The critics from some of the other reviewers here are valid - every sentence from hunky Rowdy's mouth does contain the word "babe," and the writing is pretty cheesy. Nevertheless, I have to (ashamedly) admit that I enjoyed this book in the same way that I sometimes enjoy soft-core late night cable movies. I did guess who the bad guy was though.
Usually Lora Leigh is nautier in her writings. This is not a keeper for my shelves.
Loved the book, cant wait to read #2 & #3
yum...interesting read...
loved it!kelly and rowdy's story.
Kinda disappointing. Lara Leigh has done so much better in other books than this one. Ths book seems to take the writing formula that she has done very sucessfully in other books and rehash the story plot without much believability. I usually cannot wait to finish her books once I get started, but that has not been the case with this one.
Another sexy hit series for Lora Leigh
I traded for this Nauti Boy book, and after reading it saw why the previous owner didn't want to keep it. Not HOT, like other Leigh books, espeically the BREED books.
