This was great, couldn't put it down. It did leave me wanting more, wanting to know where the three sisters went from there. Another GREAT book from Dickey.
Each of the McBroom sisters has her own problems. Frankie, the oldest is never satisfied. Can anyone give her what she wants? Middle sister Livvy, saddled with a cheating husband, has begun an affair of her own. But her being wronged doesn't exactly make her sideline lover Mr. Right. Then there's baby Tommie. She was treated badly by a man she trusted. Can an older man show her what love is all about?
Frankie, Livvy, and Tommie are there for one another through all the drama--and in the process, they discover what family, sisterhood, and love are all about.

very good book like all of his work it was different yet intersting.
I read this for this month's Christmas theme and a TBR potluck challenge in my online book club, The Reading Cove. The book is pretty much just about sex...but pretending to be about three sisters. Pfft. Not my favorite by EJD. I enjoyed THE OTHER WOMAN miles better than this.
Really want to explore the next phase of the sisters' lives. They are like the girlfriends I wish I had. Got each other's back yet will call each other out when necessary.
Nice not to naughty.
