I read book 1, a library copy, and someone gave me brandnew copies of each. I wouldn't recommend buying either book for real money. A credit maybe, that you could get back after you slam the books shut in disgust and repost...

This book should have a minus-star rating. It's a bogus rant. Google author's name and see many references to "scam", "consumer complaints", "real or scam?", "fraud or consumer advocate?", and so on. Don't be duped.

After I waded through Kevin Trudeau's massive theories on a medical conspiracy to keep Americans sick, I found myself wondering what all the fuss was about. His theories about food affecting people differently and possibly accounting for individual reactions and/or disease, are really not that different than what my grandmother passed on. I remember her saying,"You are what you eat!". Frankly, I had to look hard to find cures for any disease in this book. This book is more about what you should do, in Mr. Trudeau's opinion, to avoid getting sick.

This book had some good things in it about healthy/homeopathic living. The only problem was you had to dig for them in all the crap about the government and Mr. Trudeau's personal problems. I found this to be annoying. I found a lot in this book that was helpful, though, thus the rating.

I have done many of the things listed in this book and have felt better than I have in a long time. Don't be close-minded. It makes perfect sense when you think about it.

This book is great and we highly recommend it if you have not yet read it. Very informative. You may disagree with a lot that he says but even so the suggestions he makes about improving your health are very important. He gives names of companies that make things that are good for you and includes in most all of them, their websites and phone numbers. If you have access to the web you can improve your health just by looking up stuff he talks about.
