This is a very good book in listing alternatives to invasive plants, but you really have to know a lot about plants to always be able to identify the invasive from the native plant, since the picture for the invasive plant is rather small and no description is given for it. I also found that several of the plants that were offered as alternatives for our area are very hard to grow in Indiana in our Zone 5.
