I tried my darndest to finish this book but I found it to be full of common sense and a bit boring! Yes! Boring! I also found it dated but that's where the common sense thing comes in because I've heard this stuff before and read it before. There is a "tip" for each week. You can skip around, it doesn't make a difference. Or follow the plan. I just found it boring.
