A must have for Carlin fans. If you've seen his TV specials or listened to his CDs, you can actually hear him in your head as you read along. Not much new here, but seeing the words in print makes them stand out even more. Carlin is a nihilistic, pessimistic, heathenistic, cynical, anti-social old man. But more often than not, he's also right. WARNING! For those without hang-ups and with open minds only.

More carlin witticisms. My husband didn't stop giggling through the entire book. If you like Carlin this is very much him at his best.

If you are one of those people that can't see the humor when someone makes fun of you, your beliefs, your political affiliation, your sense of right and wrong then you need to skip this book. If on the other hand you can laugh at the weird and off the wall and off color shenanigans and observation of a master comic then by all means read this book. Nothing escapes Carin's attention, he goes after it all in his own style of BS and comedy. Religion, politics, the state of the country, sports, dogs, cats, corporate America, airlines travel, and more.

I really enjoyed this. His thoughts on life are hilarious, and some of the book comes from his live shows. A must read if you're a fan.
