Wilbur is a naked mole rat. Who likes clothes. Though many of the other naked mole rats tell him that he shouldn't wear clothes, he does and enjoys his many outfits. They go to Grand-pah, the oldest naked mole rat for advice. He thinks and tells the other naked mole rats that he's going to make a proclamation. Everyone attends, even Wilbur, who is wearing socks.
To the shock of the other naked mole rats, Grand-pah is dressed! He compliments Wilbur on his socks. Wilbur goes home to dress more appropriately for the occasion and comes back to find that some of the other naked mole rats now have on clothes!
