It's about time! This is Patterson doing his thing---writing although he has a co-author. Lately I have passed on a lot of his books because they have failed to be the excellent writing Patterson is known for, this goes back to writing a story that fills the suspense category like it should, even though you know the 'who' it doesn't take away from the story it is written very very well.
Of course it's good, it's Patterson! The book grabs you and doesn't let go.
