An unpublished novel with lots of family secrets turns up at a society fete, along with murder. "A Mystery Bred in Buckhead" is the second in Patricia Sprinkle's 'Southern Mystery' series.

A maid working for a short time for Margaret Mitchell took some envelopes when she was fired from the author's home. After many years went by she wanted to get them back to the author's family. This caused a big uproar by friends of the now deceased author and before the reason was discovered several murders had taken place. A very good, easy read.

Southern mystery set in Atlanta at Christmas. One of the first Shelia Travis mysteries, it deals with friendships and skeletons in closets in the true Southern tradition.

One of the best in this series. Sins & crimes from the past come back to haunt Aunt Mary's friends when a stack of envelopes stolen from Peggy Marsh AKA Margaret Mitchell 60 years ago come to light. Someone or maybe more than one person will kill to keep these papers from coming to light. Very intriguing. I did figure out whodunnit but for all the wrong reasons. Drat!

The best in the Sheila Travis series. Southern hospitality and cold-blooded murder.

This the first book I've read in this particular series, I've read other by this author, it is very good. A very entertaining story of a lost Margaret Mitchell manuscript. I highly recommend it.
