This certainly isn't a bad book, but it was a let down for me after hearing from a friend that it was a great read. I thought the writing was mediocre and the plot a bit convoluted. There were times I had no idea what was going on and figured those "mystery" chapters that left me scratching my head would be resolved at the end. No such luck.

Perfect. Exactly captures a NICU, and the saving of babies. A bird's eye view of a marriage. Delicate, an exquisite read.
