The story of the Mutiny on board HRS Bounty is a true story. The story has been romanticized many times in movies.

The mutineers cast Captain Bligh and some men off of the Bounty with very little supplies and 5 days food. Captain Bligh managed to get back to England with most of his crew.

This is Captain Bligh's story of the events. It is an adapted version; much easier to read than Bligh's original account published in the language of 1690.
