One glorious summer morning Jared woke up to the humming of Christina dow the hall. The dogs came pattering in his room happily licking his hand that was hanging off the bed.
"Okay, I'm up." Said Jared, pushing his legs off the bed and scratching his dogs behind thier ear. Christia eyed him walking down the hall.
"Good morning," she smild gently, "Welcome to the real world." Jared scratched his head with a hurmph, and kissed her on the forehead. From Ethan's room raging music was playing. It took Jared a moment to figure out why it was so loud, then he realized Ethan was palying it himself, with his friends. He had a small clique he called his band, formed by his best friends. There was Hylas Simons, who was Greek and played the drums wonderfully. He had unusual flaming red hair and a spunk to his curved face. Also Andrew Burkins, who sang his heart out side by side with Ethan. Lastly James Parker, one of Jared's best friend's son. He was a sharp point, quirky and laid back, just like his mom, with creamy brown hair and a smile pinned to his face.
The song was sharp and spinning, with long slow vowels and quick, pointed words. Then at times a sudden jolt of a stop, then another quick flow of streamy words.
The words felt good and fufilling.
