Pleasant cozy police procedural, a bit of small-town life enlivened with a motorcycle rally. Shames provides a number of likely suspects as Craddock tries to figure out the killer. I thought it was fun how everyone lied to Craddock almost without exception, and he used the thinnest of clues to go back and get another story, and then another. He never loses his patience and just yells at them. The subplot with Hailey was okay - I thought he sure gave her a lot of second chances. I was expecting Shames to put Hailey in danger at some point and glad that didn't happen.
