Although the front cover photo is dated, this is a great resource for those considering or already breastfeeding past one year. It has excellent advice for how to deal with questions and issues that may arise from others not previously being exposed to nursing past one year. The information about how a toddler nurses and how to best contain or manage their nursing is still valid and fantastic information. There is also a section on weaning, whether by emergency or by choice and how to complete each weaning option. Great read for mothers who are debating to nurse past one year, those who have decided to nurse past one year and also those who have found themselves already past that point.

Some good ideas about weaning. Overall, it was good but it towards for parents who co-sleep with their child.
