A work associate recently became a father a few years back and it reminded me of when my twin Sons were growing up. He's a great dad and asked once on Facebook how he could be a better father and from my personal experience I recommended he read to his boys from this book the moral compass. It's a very powerful book with a very simple message... Be a good human being, do the right thing, be honest and forthright, and these values or woven into wonderful tales and stories perfect for the young ears of young children getting ready for bed. Anyone raising their children and wanting them to grow up to be good human beings and your interpretation of that statement is of your own this book will still be a wonderful memory for your children once they grow up as I have hoped my boys will read these very same stories to their children once they become fathers. If you are a parent that still values reading to your children you most likely have already heard of this book and it's powerful messages and emotional value but if you haven't you can find it relatively inexpensive in the used column if you don't mind used books, but I highly recommend this to everyone looking for that special book for their child and there's even subtle messages for the adult readers and for all who enjoy the stories.
