The menus in Month of Meals are nutritionally balanced, too. No matter which calorie level you choose, the menus will provide about 45 to 50 percent of calories from carbohydrates, 20 percent from protein, and 25 to 30 percent from fat.
Keep in mind, though, that Month of Meals has been designed for adults. Children and young people need significantly more calories; you may need to double the portions or add extra servings.
