Helpful Score: 1
A self-published novel of Roman Britain. Beginning in A.D.83, when Roman general Agricola went into the Caledonian Highlands to defeat the Cruithne at Mons Graupius, it concludes some two decades later.
The story is entertaining, the writing quite seriously flawed.

This is an interesting read if you can overlook the editorial problems. In the hands of a good editor, it would have been a much better than average work of historical fiction. Without the editor, it's still not bad.
