This book has really great examples of how other moms are able to manage working at home and balancing time with the kids and family time. It has several job ideas and also resources for developed jobs. It's worth the read if you are interested in working from home. It does bring reality into the equation well - it forces you to look at exactly what you might be sacrificing for a change and if you are ready to make a change.
