The narrative then moves to his mortal birth, his childhood and the beginning of his earthly ministry when John the Baptist as the forerunner testifies of and baptizes his Lord.
The story proceeds to the culmination of his earthly ministry and the events of the last week of his life: the Last Supper, the betrayal, the agony in the garden, the arrest, the trials, the cruelties and indignities the Savior suffered before his spirit joined the world of spirits and the joy he brought to the righteous spirits there before his body and spirit reunited in the Resurrection. Thereafter, he appeared to and taught his disciples in both the Old World and the New. The book ends with a review of the Apostasy, the Restoration, a brief discussion of the Second Coming, and the promise of a glorious resurrection and eternal life for the righteous.
As in his other works, the author adds to this book research from some of the classic scholarly works of the past. This he does in layman terms, enlightening the reader on the Jewish expectations for a Messiah and other valuable insights into the Saviors mission. Readers will find the book to be both informative and inspiring and a strong witness to the saving mission of Jesus the Messiah.« less
