I am totally biased when it comes to Mr. Lewis: I thoroughly enjoy everything he has written (that I have read so far). Miracles is no exception. Although as a "modern" reader I do not regularly read boods as deep as this one is, I find it quite easy to follow the logic and direction he is going here. In Miracles, CSL sets out to show that 1)they do not distort or destroy Nature, and 2)they are-albeit rare-totally to be expected in our world. He then shows how the Three Great Miracles of Jesus Christ fit into this picture, and does so with completely convincing clarity. I am glad to have finally read this book.
