The balls in this aren't really necessary as there are substitutes you can find. Get a slightly deflated rubber ball and you'll be fine.
It's good for the information it gives, which was only temporary pain help (isn't it all?). A complaint, sometimes, is just getting yourself into position can pull something somewhere else because you're trying to adjust the stupid balls.
I wasn't impressed and will be passing the book on.
On a side-note, a friend of mine had one of these and said the rubber on the balls is kind of like a "Wacky Wall Walker" (if you remember those) after awhile and hair, dust, and gross things start to stick to it... Eew!
