Although a bit dated a this time, Mindhunter remains recommended reading/reference book to any aspiring writer of the suspense genre, especially where psychopathic serial killers are involved. Douglas' twenty-years experience with the FBI, solely dedicated to establishing the Serial Crime Unit, makes him an undisputed authority in the field of the criminal mind. I'm looking forward to reading The Anatomy of Motive--another Douglas book.

It may be difficult to not be somewhat paranoid about strangers you might come in contact with. I loved the book!!! A friend of mine has said he can tell a psychopath by looking into their face but John Douglas looks at the crime scenes and tells the police the kind of person they need to look for.
Amazing!! Five Stars!!!
